Yes, I'm Still Here...

 and I'm still in a state of shock at all that I need to learn and remember.

One of my trainers was Sister Parra and she was always so calm and polite and PATIENT as I tried to learn.  

I sent her a little note of appreciation one day recently and she responded with this little note:

People are so good.

CALLED TO SERVE

  Well, I actually wasn't called.  I volunteered. Sue Primm and Merelyn Cunningham originally told  me about the mission when I was serving in the Red Cliffs Temple. It took some time to get everything in order to finally make the decision to do this.  It is quite a commitment. But, on Sunday, Jan 11, 2026, I was set Apart by President Wells as a missionary for the Family Search Virtual Records Organization Center. He gave me a beautiful blessing - which I could remember all the points.  Here are a few: Your temple service will be enhanced as you serve.  My family will get closer and get strength from this mission (that will be interesting as I'm not telling anyone).  Any health concerns I am dealing with will abate during this time of service.   I should SHARE my experiences with others.   As I said, I wish I could remember it all.  It was so beautiful and empowering.   I 'm excited to begin.....Keep you posted.
